Equipment/Features The fittings were selected to a high standard and are customised in detail to the requirements of the listed building. This also applies to the lighting concept used. This is a first-time occupancy after complete refurbishment, i.e. a new bathroom, WC, all windows, floors and the new kitchen etc. included in the rental price and included in the rental were installed in combination with the historic half-timbering.
The house has an outdoor parking space (100 EUR rent/month). A wallbox is also available to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle if required (11 KV). Data internet connection up to 250 MBit according to Deutsche Telekom possible.
Location The semi-detached house is located in the traffic-calmed town centre of Kemnat, a district of Ostfildern and close to the state capital Stuttgart and its districts of Birkach, Sillenbuch, Plieningen and the University of Hohenheim as well as Esslingen. The district of Kemnat has around 5,400 inhabitants and is home to numerous shops for daily needs such as bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, supermarkets, doctors, banks etc.. There is also a primary school with lunchtime and after-school care as well as six kindergartens. Secondary schools, including two grammar schools, are located in the neighbouring districts of Ostfildern. There are several sports clubs in Ostfildern, some of which are of supra-regional importance.
Kemnat is connected to the public transport network (VVS), and the underground lines U7 and U8 to Stuttgart run from Ruit (neighbouring district).
